Butterflies --- scary

For M's friend's bir-day we went to see a live butterfly exhibit. I thought she'd love it because she seems to love butterflies. I should have guessed though when she was afraid of the bug on the front steps that something might be up. All of a sudden all bugs are 'scary' and butterflies are bugs I guess. So we walk into this room that has tons of butterflies everywhere. It was beautiful! And she keeps saying, "Butterflies - scary." Must have made an impression because she's repeated that remark several times since and that was last Tuesday. Oh, well. Maybe next year.
