Cheesecakes

As many of you know Daddy has a reputation for amazing cheesecakes ... at least he did when we first got married. Two Christmases ago his brother go married and he made many cheesecakes for their reception. He really hasn't had a desire to make them since but we did find these leftovers from the wedding as we cleaned our freezer out in preparation for the move. Aunt Beth made us promise to take a picture. So, Aunt Beth, here are your cheesecakes before they were ceremoniously tossed into the garbage can. (We had to pound the dish a bit to get them to come out.) I ate a piece about 4 months ago. It was actually pretty good warmed with carmel on top...
