

So you know how the veins in celery will transport dye in water up the ribs. Well turns out that daffodils do a similar trick. Our neighbor told us about it so we gave it a try. Unlike roses or carnations, daffodils only put the water at the tips so it's a neat patter on the very edges of the flowers that turns up after being in the dye for 24 hours.
